Allergens
All of our chocolates contain soy lecithin, which stabilizes the cocoa butter and the cocoa mass and prevents separation. Our truffle collections are made with fresh cream and butter, and may contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts, and gluten.

As part of the order process, the following information is collected from shoppers:
Name Shipping/Billing Address; Email address; Phone number; Credit/Debit Card Information.

The information is used to generate your order and notify you when your product ships. If you choose, we can also send you periodic updates that announce new products, sales and specials.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping and Returns

Because chocolate is extremely temperature-sensitive, we will package it in insulated shipping boxes (which may include a cold pack) and ship it via Priority Mail. We cannot be responsible for delays or extreme weather conditions. Please ensure that the package is not left in the heat or in direct sunlight. If you need expedited shipping, please contact your Simply Azul Concierge at simply@simplyazulchocolates.com.

Shipment Addresses
Shipments are delivered Monday through Saturday, except legal holidays. Signature confirmation and expedited delivery are available for an extra charge; please email simply@simplyazulchocolates.com to make arrangements. Shipments returned due to an incorrect shipping address will require an additional charge for reshipment. Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries if delivering to a business and the business is closed or not available to receive the package when delivered. When shipping to a hotel or hospital, please verify discharge/checkout times and make necessary arrangements with the delivery location to ensure delivery to recipient's room. Mukilteo Chocolate Co. is not responsible for packages misdirected after delivery.

Delayed Shipments
Every effort will be made to meet arrival dates; however, orders may arrive early or late and cannot be guaranteed to arrive on exact dates.

Additional Information
We also offer overnight shipping and local pick-up options as well. Local pick-up option is available for those who happen to be near Mukilteo, WA. We would love to have you stop by to say hello and sample our chocolates and fudge!
